How exciting it is to build a new home! Some of our most memorable projects have been single family residences.  It's very rewarding to work with a family as they construct their new home.  Whether it's a summer cottage or a several thousand square foot custom home, we'll work with you to make your dream a reality.

Safety and durability are extremely important when it comes to electrical wiring.  You can be secure in knowing that what's covered up in your walls has been installed with the wellbeing of your family in mind.  For example we use fire rated fiberglass electrical boxes where others may use cheap plastic ones. 

We pride ourselves in adding the extra little touches that make your home more user friendly.  Bedrooms are wired on individual circuits. We use computer assisted planning to determine the appropriate level of lighting for each room.  Generous installation of recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting and ceiling fans are common.  Workshops, garages and basements are well lit with plenty of receptacles.  Many of our custom homes have media and phone jacks in every bedroom, the kitchen, home office and even in the basement.  We can go far as to provide manual and/or programmed remote control of lights and appliances. .

Our customers find that it's a lot of fun planning all of the electrical goodies and convenience items that can go into a new home.
